I just spent the last few hours playing Cannon Defenses and I've got to say, it's been a pretty wild ride. At first, I was a bit skeptical about the whole thing - I mean, a game that's just about defending a cannon from waves of enemies doesn't exactly sound like the most complex or engaging thing in the world. But, I was pleasantly surprised by just how much depth and challenge the game actually has. The graphics are pretty basic, but they get the job done, and the sound design is actually really well done - the sound effects for the cannon firing and the enemies exploding are super satisfying.

As you start playing, you'll quickly realize that the key to success in Cannon Defenses is all about strategy and timing. You've got to carefully manage your resources, deciding when to upgrade your cannon, when to build new defenses, and when to just go all out and start blasting away at the enemy hordes. Overall, I'd say that Cannon Defenses is a solid 7 out of 10 - it's not going to change the world, but it's a fun, engaging game that's definitely worth checking out. With a bit more variety in the enemy types, and maybe a few more levels, it could easily be a 9 or 10 - but, as it stands, it's still a great way to spend an afternoon.
